SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

For orders over $150, THE UPSIDE offers free express shipping to most countries using DHL Express. Orders under this amount will incur a flat rate of $20. This includes both trackable and non-trackable shipping services, depending on your location.

This covers transportation charges only.

Depending on an order’s final destination, we expect delivery to take between 2 - 5 business days. On occasion, parcels may be held up in customs which can lead to delays in delivery.

We do our best to ensure a quick delivery, but do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be incurred via customs and duties offices in other countries.

Please be aware that once an order has been booked and packed, it is not possible to redirect or cancel shipments.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. THE UPSIDE is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

RETURN TO ORIGIN REQUESTS

As per our policy customers are responsible to pay for the shipping and custom rates of their country. In certain situations if a customer denies these custom rates we will require the customer to cover the return fee of $50 AUD back to THE UPSIDE. This will be debited once the return is processed.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

THE UPSIDE believes in a joyful, leisurely pace when it comes to sunset aperitifs, shavasana and long walks by the sea...rest assured, this cruisy approach does not apply to our shipping times.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100, otherwise its $7.99 for standard shipping and $10 for express.

Standard delivery times are 3 - 5 business days from collection.

Express delivery time are 1 - 4 business days from collection.

Please note: during busy periods or sale, there may be some delays.

THE UPSIDE reserves the right to make changes to shipping rates and carriers at anytime without notice. This includes waiving or discounting shipping rates at any given time.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.
